This is a peaceful space for us to sit and talk through anything that is present for you surrounding your birth and postpartum. Each session is 1-2 hours long. Together, we'll navigate this transformative journey with compassion, understanding, and unwavering support, ensuring that you feel empowered and prepared for the incredible experience of childbirth and the joys and challenges of early motherhood.
